The Singh Empire,New Delhi

This was my second stay at Hotel Singh Empire during my trip to New Delhi. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the New Delhi Railway Station, which made getting around the city very easy. My room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful—they offered travel tips, food recommendations, and made sure I had everything I needed. The 24/7 front desk was also a big plus for late check-ins. Overall, for the price, location, and quality of service, Hotel Singh Empire offers excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

The bedroom I stayed in was very spacious with comfortable beds. The location was great and the staff was very helpful. The bathroom was clean and so was the room. Was nice to get slippers to wear around too. Breakfast was an interesting mix of food to choose from and there was something for everyone. We also ate here for dinner a few times and it was really good food for a great price. The service is a bit slow so don’t eat here if you are in a rush.

The property is not in the very city center, which is good as it’s a cleaner and not crazy crawded. You can easily go to the center market and the fort by walk or tuktuk. However the best thing was the trip they organizad for us to Rajastan, at very reasonable price and specially at high comfort level. Mr John (you can find him at the reception or ask the hotel for his WhatsApp before you go) crafted for us a perfect stay together with mister Sumit, the driver and the guide that has been with us for 10 days making our experience unforgettable. I must say without Sumit and John our Rajastan trip would have been absolutely missing a lot of hidden gems, feeling of safeness and fun!

I traveled there alone. My parents and friends were afraid that I would have to go there alone, but the security of the hotel was excellent. I stayed there for two nights. I really didn't feel that I was alone there because the staff of this hotel is very excellent ( ranjith he is very humble person he not expecting money helping carry my baggage but he helped me anyway with smile face when i said him i don't have left money for give him for help me carry my baggage to the taxi he said no problem maam lits oky ) . It is impossible not to talk about the breakfast because the breakfast they prepare is very delicious and valuable for the money. A/C in the room works well. The mattress is very comfortable and you can sleep well. It is not a big problem when you hear car sounds from outside, because it is normal in India everywhere, it cannot be stopped by the office of the hotel so don't blam for that to the hotel 😁. It is very easy to get a taxi service because the accommodation is located next to the main road. I recommend the Singh Empire Hotel to all Sri Lankans who want to visit Delhi. This hotel is a safe place to stay without fear even if you are alone.

We stayed at The Singh Empire for 3 nights and 4 days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring we had all the facilities we requested. Initially, the air conditioning in our room wasn't functioning well, but after we reported it, they promptly changed our room, making our stay comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, and the dining area was clean and elegantly designed. If you are Sri Lankan, this place is definitely the best hotel for your budget. It is very clean, and the staff is always ready to assist you with a smile.
