The Singh Empire,New Delhi

Everything was great with my stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is located in a busy area with a noisy environment outside, inside it feels calm, peaceful, and safe. The food is excellent, and the morning buffet was a highlight. Rooms are clean, with Wi-Fi, hot water, and air-conditioning all working well. Definitely good value for money. They also serve liquor on request. I stayed for three nights without any issues. There’s even a McDonald’s right next to the hotel if you want a quick bite. Most of the staff speak English well, so communication is no problem. The only downside is that the area outside can be busy and dusty, but that’s quite normal for New Delhi. Overall, a very good stay and worth the money.

The Hotel is great. Good staff and friendly environment. Moving forward the breakfast is really great. I liked the taste and the quality of everything. A full on 5 star for it. Would only say that my stay was great and the staff moreover were supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

The supervisor by name Sanjana gave an excellent attempt to see the defects in the room were almost done. The reservation booking person by name Riya was very prompt in enquiring about check in on said dates of check in. The house keeping person by name Rajeev Chaudhary did his job upto the mark. No issues. All staff persons were cordial. Special mention about Neeraj, Sonu and Amjad. The security personnel by name Anil and Akram were doing a good job. Food was really delicious. As the receptionist Mr.Girish was adamant for a halfday rent as he told he had given an early check in, the property owner Mr.Harpreet Singh was kind enough to waive some rent when requested as he really knows the true value of old occupants.

Our 3rd stay here. This hotel is exceptional it is extremely clean, smells so lovely when you walk through main door. Rooms are a good size, bed linen and towels very clean. Hair dryer supplied alongside toiletries. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. This is one of the best hotels in Delhi not down a dirty alley hard to find but on the main street easy to get tuk tuk and yet very quiet rooms. Great selection for breakfast, continental and Indian and again staff are so friendly and service excellent. Our come to hotel for all our stays in Delhi

I traveled there alone. My parents and friends were afraid that I would have to go there alone, but the security of the hotel was excellent. I stayed there for two nights. I really didn't feel that I was alone there because the staff of this hotel is very excellent ( ranjith he is very humble person he not expecting money helping carry my baggage but he helped me anyway with smile face when i said him i don't have left money for give him for help me carry my baggage to the taxi he said no problem maam lits oky ) . It is impossible not to talk about the breakfast because the breakfast they prepare is very delicious and valuable for the money. A/C in the room works well. The mattress is very comfortable and you can sleep well. It is not a big problem when you hear car sounds from outside, because it is normal in India everywhere, it cannot be stopped by the office of the hotel so don't blam for that to the hotel 😁. It is very easy to get a taxi service because the accommodation is located next to the main road. I recommend the Singh Empire Hotel to all Sri Lankans who want to visit Delhi. This hotel is a safe place to stay without fear even if you are alone.
